Bicycling through the Midlife Crisis

What readers are saying:

Mike, the book is fabulous. It made me laugh, and cry, broke my heart and then mended it once again. Just like the bike ride on the trail, the experiences of life are not what we expect or plan for and not always what we want, but when the Lord is directing our paths we can look back and see that they were good and right. He uses the gentlest tool He possibly can to shape us to be more like Him. That doesn't mean it never hurts, it only means it is what it takes to remove all the parts that do us no good. I love you and Charlotte deeply, and rejoice with you for the renewal of your marriage and your lives. It makes my heart soar to know the love has returned, and that you are experiencing life in ways you never thought you would again. And, by the way, you are still a wonderful and gifted writer. Bravo!

I finished it last night! Actually.....I finished it at 12:38 this morning because I just kept reading. (I downloaded the e-version. I got a Kindle at Christmas and I am shocked at how much I love it.)

It was a touching book, and it felt like I was just listening to you tell the story. It was an interesting weave of your columns, your story, and the bicycle trip. I would think it will help people see the light at the end of the tunnel while they are in the darkest moments of a situation.

Congratulations on another fine book. What's on deck?
